You mentioned that you already had a design using an embedded controller, if you post the schematic for the controller we might be able to point to where to remove the controller so that a conventional one can be inserted. If the design has a working power side then there is no point reinventing the wheel.

i too want to design 1000w SMPS......yet i have designed 600w SMPS in flyback mode.....the voltage can be vary from 0 to 60v but how to vary current from 0 to 10A....it varies from 2.5 to 10A

Any Idea.....
