This is a variant of the "Two Transistor Regulator". Change the value of the voltage reference to a 1N4754 and the output will be 2x the zener breakdown voltage.
You can also use the LM317/LM337 in the Maida configuration.

the truth is it`s much more than lm317 can do maybe i should use unregulated psu.i will try that and see the performance.
I just ran some tests on the "2 Transistor Regulator" shown above, 47uF on the output damps the response too much. 4.7uF is much better.
The original circuit is from Morgan Jones "Valve Amplifiers" 4th edition, page 381. While the article states that it is useful to 50mA, I found that once you go over ~35mA it starts to fade.
