Default Pseudo ground

I vaguely remember a power supply I used a few years ago for +/-15V. I am trying to get some power today and the closest transformer I have, has no center tap.
Here is a picture of the power board but I am contemplating leaving this out of the system until I am able to locate a suitable transformers. I have plenty of rectifiers, capacitors, regulators etc. I need +/-15 VDC and 5 VDC. I have a transfor that has 35VAC and 7.5VAC

Depends on the load If the DC ground current is minimal the a voltage divider between the rails and a bypass capacitor will work

There is a power rail-splitter circuit in the LM675 datasheet.
