Default do someone now this ic.

Hi All

I have a switched supply who has the 3nc60fb fet and a 8 pin driver ic, the fet was defect, but only between drain and source, the 100 ohm resistor and the diode across who go to the gate are oke, shall then the ic also oke?

I can not find the proper ic on the internet do someone now this ic 8 pins L656S

also two rectifier diodes die and bad caps who are the reason of blown.

I can not find a doc about it.
