This sounds idiotic to me but
What do you mount your capacitor bank on?
I have some 4700 uF caps and a perfboard but the leads on the caps are WAY too big for the pitch on the board.

I'm an idiot
Did I get the wrong caps? The wrong board?

Is this normal and I should get out my drill and make holes in the perfboard that are the right size.
Is perfboard not the right item to mount a cap bank?
I have some masonite should I be drilling it instead of my perfboard? Is masonite a good insulator?

I have some sheet plastic, from my local Tap store, I could drill that and I know it is a good insulator, but ... it doesn't look like what other people are using.

Any advice?
