Default Help to known my transformer power

Hi guys! I've a 12-0-12 3A transformer... I'm planning to use him to power 2x TDA2003 suposely 10W amps, totalizing a 20W power need. But i also think if isn't a good idea use some 2x 20W amps, but idk what chip amp could that be or if my transformer can handle it.

i've a regulated power supply that i'm planning to unmount to do it. it has a 30-3V regulated voltage to 3Amps.

24x3A = 72VA, to be safe half that, as current and voltage may be out of phase, so 36W. The 10W amp probably dissipates another maybe 6W.

So you should be OK, though you could have a much bigger transformer to cope with transients.

Why should i consider the potency half of the VA capacity?

Yeah, i'll deal with the 2x TDA2003, hoping it will be at least good HiFi

Yeah... there's some serious loses on the process... I'm thinking about a simmetrical mount +-13V capacitor load output. It Will fit a +-32W Audio system?
