Unhappy Glassware PS-1 problem

So I probably made a goofball mistake seeing as how I did this with little energy in me. I'm getting juice out of the heater when I tested the PS1 (6.23 to 6.24vDC and approx .300mA to .310mA), but nothing on the B+. I'm hearing a little humming too... Not from the transformer, but the ps. My transformer is an allied electronics 6k88vg, center tapped. On the PS, I am using pads A/B for the B+. I have left out D8, D10, C11, C13. D3 and D4 were also left out. R3/R4 were left in. I'm confused... Can anyone help me in figuring what I screwed up?
