Hi all,
I own a Randall RC 235 DS 60 watt solid state amplifier that was manufactured in the early 90's. The power transformer recently gave out and i am having trouble finding out the specs of the transformer so i can replace it. I need to know what the output voltage of the original transformer was, but the one i have is fried so i cannot test it. Anyone have any ideas??? |
:cop: Your 2 threads have been merged. Do not post the same thing in 2 different areas.
See Rule 14. |
i guess from 2x28V to 2x30V maybe there is more sec windings as well.
whats the voltage rating of the PSU caps? 40-50V? pics will help. |
If the transformer has more than a dual winding, then your best bet is to get THE transformer or count the number of turns. It's a bit tedious but can be done.
