Precision Mdl E 200 C Cap Question

C4 Multisection cap on bottom
on the Precision E 200 C Signal Generator is being replaced.

C4 cap has no physical designation which is Plus nor minus and no marking
of values or which lead is ground.

C4a section scematic looks like
+ lead mouned toward the AVC Voltage + recepticle and
- lead of same cap has 300VDC back to R6 & R7 reisistors.
(Upper right, 6SL7)

C4c section schematic looks
+ on Left and
- on right to Center Tap.

C4b secton schematic looks
+ side connected to R11 and pin 2,
- side connected back to the center tap.

C4a will have 300 VDC on it, blocked by cap C4a, if correct
puzzled by the AVC + recepticle (at bottom in schematic)
has continuity with the chassis (checked with my meter).

Am I reading this schematic right? something isn't right somewhere.

(These old electrolytics are nasty they are PCB laden)

Thanks,

Sync
