the first link shows that the vendor has blotted out the chip identifying code.
Do not trust ebay sellers that hide information.

Both are from the Far East.
There is a risk that some or all of the components are illegal and substandard fakes.
Are you willing to post back a faulty assembly when the return cost is more than the purchase cost?
