Question Yamaha RX-530

looks like I have 2 burnt resistors at R301 & R302 of the PS on my Yamaha RX-530 hoping someone came help me out and supply me with the proper omhs value of the 2 1/4 watt resistors at the above locations I'm thinking 100 ohm or possibly 47 ohm but just not sure I can't read the bands.

Thanks for the help
