I found this transformer (0120P1-2-025 Nuvotem | Toroidal transformer,120VA 2x25V o/p | 223-8049 | Welcome to RS Online) at my working place. Any DIY amp project suitable for this transformer? 
The LM3875 amp is very well regarded. You can find kits at Audiosector.com DIY Chip Amplifier Kits, PCB's, Components and Information.
or you can build a simplified version off the spec sheet. LM3875 - High-Performance 56W Audio Power Amplifier

The nice thing about the Audiosector amp is that the kit comes with a power supply board; all you'll need to add is the transformer, RCA input jacks, speaker terminals, a power switch, and a volume control (if you're so inclined). It's a great sounding small amp. Finding a center tapped transformer of appropriate voltage is a good thing; that's often one of the more costly parts of an amp build.
