Repair Panamax Power Conditioner?

Not sure if this is the right forum....

My Panamax 1500 Power conditioner no longer works correctly. All lights are on and look OK, but it repeatedly cycles on and off.

Anyone have any idea what goes wrong in these and if it is DIY-repairable?
