Getting -5 V from ATX PSU?

Hello, sorry if this is not the right place to ask. But I want to know if is farly easy to get -5v from an 400w ATX PSU.

well,it depends on how much current you want. I you need Amps, forget the easy way.
If you need just a few mA, there is somewhre a -12V output that was used to supply the serial ports and such. It should still be there, I mean.
Then with a simple linear regulator , i.e 7905 (or even a zener if the ccurrent drawn is small and constant) there you are...

Or you can use a buck-boost converter to transform +5V into -5V. The +5V output from PC power supplies is usually quite bold.
