There is no such thing as a cheap 100 amp 14.4 Volt supply. Most BIG garage battery chargers will only do 70-80 continuous. But you want links...

there's a few ebay sellers that sell 100 amp 13.8 volt supplies that are about 10 pounds, and run you about 200$. ~150$ for a 72 amp unit, (1000watts) all of them are eastern in origin.
you should be able to adjust the voltage, any 13.8v supply can deliver 14.4 if the feedback loop isn't buried in an epoxy encapsulated board.
Now and then you can find a lambda 12-15 volt 100 amp power supply for $50-100 on ebay. i didn't find any today though.
another alternative is 1000 watt computer power supplies. they frequently advertise 70-90 amps on the 12v rail, but the newer high power types are difficult and or impossible to adjust.
what is the application?

Here's one that's a fairly decent variable regulated switching 75 Amp supply, 16 Volt max. $259.95 plus tax, shipping, vaccinations... Some fairly high current supplies are offered by ham vendors for running the more powerful mobile transceivers or repeaters. picture: http://www.mfjenterprises.com/pictures/MFJ-4275MV.jpg Product page (doesn't say very much) MFJ Enterprises Inc.
