Hi there


I have a dead supply, when testing for starting I see a little tryout for start, only the high amperage lines are off, the 25 v and 5 volt are present.

put start to low level, green wire to low level it do nothing except a small tryout of 100 mv.

there is a fast diode in series with the drains of two mosfets, there I measure 56 volts between kathode and anode of that diode, that is a little high is,n it?

Hi All

the supply do work again.

replace C135 and C137 56uF (I did 100uF and works) and C141 47 uF all 35v she are beneath the mosfet sink, on the primary site, also check output caps for leakage and capacity.

sometimes the primary cap 360uF 420 volts are defective and open, this will blow the mosfets switch transistors.

so you with a G4 mac, these wil do repear the supply.
