Kurzweil SP2X 20Khz sine output, Shutting down
I was asked to take a look at this synth. Apparently it is shutting down when hot. I have not experience it so far. While plugged in and idle, I noticed a high pitch whine and occasional crackle. My RTA is showing the whine at 10-20k.
I am guessing that the whine is power supply related. It used a 9VAC 2.0 amp wall adaptor. Thanks |
