Hello all
I'm building a amplifier which need to be limit the height. 10000uf cap is too high so I'm planning to use several small caps in parallel. Is there any significant difference in performance between 5x2000uf and one 10000uf? Of course for the same capacitor brand and type.

Ripple current and ESR/ESL will improve. Cost can occasionally go down, as well.
