Switching Power Supply Eagle File

The following is a file for the switching power supply on page 109 of my car audio site (link in sig line below). I put a lot of time into it and never did anything with it (I never tested the final version -- the one below), no time, not worth the expense. Maybe someone here will benefit from it.

How do I open this file?

^ Open it with Eagle. There is a freeware version but I don't know if the board design linked is 100mm x 80mm or smaller, if the freeware version can display or work with it.

Is the schematic can and PCB in pdf format?

The freeware version can view and print larger pcb sizes but not edit them. I'm using freeware version and was able to view the pcb layout.

@dyQUAN: you won't be able to change anything unless you have the schematics (the EAGLE - .sch - file) as well.

There was no schematic file created with the board layout. You can change anything in any way you'd like.
