The following is a file for the switching power supply on page 109 of my car audio site (link in sig line below). I put a lot of time into it and never did anything with it (I never tested the final version -- the one below), no time, not worth the expense. Maybe someone here will benefit from it.

^ Open it with Eagle. There is a freeware version but I don't know if the board design linked is 100mm x 80mm or smaller, if the freeware version can display or work with it.

@dyQUAN: you won't be able to change anything unless you have the schematics (the EAGLE - .sch - file) as well.

There was no schematic file created with the board layout. You can change anything in any way you'd like.
