Frnds,
I am a bit stuck in my project .............. I am Nt able to measure the reverse recovery of my diode in a pfc circuit ....... So hw to measure the reverse recovery with a current probe ................ regards sekhar |

You need a current probe and scope with a rise time of less than 10% of the reverse recovery time to get good data.
