Connexelectronic
According to the datasheet, it has a 10R and a 100 nF cap in parallel (I hope) between the output ground and chassis/earth, through the electrically-connected outer mounting holes; e.g. the plating on the mounting holes need to be shorted to the case.
Also, according to Earthing (Grounding) Your Hi-Fi - Tricks and Techniques, there should be a high-current bridge rectifier along with the resistor and cap for fault currents.
Does the bridge rectifier need to be added, or is what is on the PS board sufficient?
