Hello!
How I wire this cap (4 pole) in conventional power supply that supposed to work with 2 pole capacitor? DNM Products - T-Network Capacitors, full details Thanks! |

You can either modify the power supply to have an in- and output for the capacitor, or you can combine the positive in with the positive out and the negative in with the negative out, but I do believe you lose much of the advantages of the T-network caps.
Personally, I'd modify the PSU, should be relatively straightforward. |
