protection circuit for TL494 Based smps

hi guys ,
I just completed making the the protection circuit for my smps.

it has the following features........
1. pulsating over current protection..(in case of a overload the smps keeps on switching on & off).
2 . In case of the short circuit the smps switches off and latches it self.
3. It will nt go in over current protection with short burst of high current ........

the circuit is simple includes a schmitt trigger and a opamp as a latch.........

I would like ur feed back ................if the protection circuit can be further improved or the component count could be reduced......
And this protection circuit is meant for audio amp running on smps........
I have have tested the smps with this circuit and it works fine..............

I just saw your circuit, and without any deeper analysis, judging by your description it would be preety nice to implement into smps device. I'm not particularly involved into audio circuits, but power electronics. I will try it definitely, and notifieyou about results and impressions.
