Yes & Q102 changed the value because I used between 3 & 3.5mA

Connected the reg to B3 red LED fused, changed for a new red LED, 0.1V/cm 0.1ms, seems stable without oscillation.

Don't know what is best with B3 PCBs but it may be worth trying.

It's possible that stated by George that I need 4 LEDs for 800mA and strong resistor instead 0R11?
