Only had one spare but unfortunately does not appear to be the issue. The only things left are Q202,Q203 and the pot which tests fine.

I hope you will not change all semis and it will be a joint or something trivial in the end. But you got to change all semis first unfortunately.

Voila. Changed fet's around and Q203 may have been the culprit, also retouched solder joints they all looked good but one may have been bad.

Thanks Salas for the responses.

Guys, will I be able to set the shunt at 9-10V, 650-700mA using the 3-led version of the board?
I recall reading the 4led one is better for higher currents.

Use IRF9620, 3 green LEDs, 1.2R 3W resistor. Has the benefit that 9620's zeroTC curves cross point is smack on your mA region and will make an exceptionally steady CCS.

It's not constant. In fact it's a USB transport.
It sits at about 125mA idle, 400mA at 9V and full load (aka playing 24/192).
I've used some other drivers that let it go up to 32/384, so I assume it'll need a bit more current when playing up there. I'm assuming 500mA full load to be on the safe side.
