Look in to it as in previous attempts. Can be anything. Are there any small film caps right at the load's rail to ground? Use 1R V+ series resistor at load's receive point, if its some interaction.

I don't see any cap in Buffalo III pcb. Do you want I solder 1R resistor between V+ load and reg cable?

The BIII power input is the 2 position block green on the right up corner of the pic.
