power supply problem
Hi can any one with equivalents for a 04N60 transistor....cheers.

Here are 5 pieces of 04N60 for $8 USD delivered worldwide (except for dozens of excluded countries they list):
5X SPA04N60C3 04N60C3 04N60 Transistor TO-220 NEW m | eBay EXCEPT, from a brief datasheet search it appears that 04N60 can mean more than one type of transistor, for example a mosfet or BJT. Do you know which type it is or are there more letters stamped on it, or any other info such as the role it plays in the circuit or what power supply it is so we can try to determine which functional parameters matter? |
