Default Help With SMPS Transformer Size ID

I have a SMPS Transformer that is part of a plate amp that took a dive. I am trying to ID the type and size of the core so I can attempt a rewind. I have made a drawing with dimensions but can't seem to find a match.

similar to etd core, but measurements are a bit off for any ETD core... look for others, and see if any looks the same as yours and has same measurements

Perhaps an EER35 - a common Far East core size.

This core is from a BASH amp in a Klipsch sub. I origionally thought it was an ETD as well but the measurements don't match up. I will look into EER cores. Its a shame that these things dont have any markings.

EER35 seems to be the winner. Now comes the fun part finding a core and bobbin to buy.

Well I spent a few hours on google and every parts website I could think of. I even checked ebay. Transformer cores and bobbins just dont seem to be easily available. I checked about 15 different manufacturers and the EER35 ER35 cores are about as close as i can find for a match.

Does anyone know where I could find one of these cores and a vertical bobbin with 14 pins?

What are the chances that this thing will even work with the core being a little different? I plan on winding it the exact same way but if I am gonna spend the time to wind it, I want to make sure it will atleast function to some extent.

If the old core is not Damaged you should be able to reuse it. jer

The core shattered and the bobbin broke in 2 or 3 different places
