Default Can someone identify this mosfet manufacturer?

Iīm planning to use them in a half-bridge smps but I canīt find the manufacturer to see the datasheet, or even to realize if it is a reliable device.

Tks in advance and best regards

Nope - it looks like the old Siliconix symbol. Lots of various vendors have made "IRF" devices, not just IR.

Tks Wrench and Gerald,

Actually is Siliconix, and, an interesting thing, IR and Siliconis were acquired by Vishay.

Best regards,

It was hard to tell as the picture is very dark and all I could make out was the IRF I suppose I could have down loaded it and brightened it up a bit.

Yes it's Vishay, the one I attached (just dug it out the cabinet) is the International Rectifier one.
