Replacing Diodes in Vintage HP Power supply?

I am working on a HP 6299A 0-100V regulated power supply. It is an older model dating back to the HP/Harrison days. 1966-ish vintage.

It has one bad diode but the diode is not marked and the service manual states:

Rect. si 200ma 180prv HLAB Mfg Code: 09182 Stock Number 1901-0033

Anyone familiar with HP parts? can anyone recommend a suitable replacement??

Is it used with 3 other diodes that are the same in a 50/60Hz bridge rectifier?
(or with one other in a centre-tapped full wave rectifier).

If it is, then I would think that a basic 1N4004 will work. Back in 1966 all silicon power rectifiers were slow parts, so you don't have the same problems you get when replacing diodes in SMPSUs, where reverse recovery time is a big issue.

You might wish to replace the other 3 diodes (if in a bridge) with modern parts of course.

In my HP docs, the 1901-0033 is a 1N645.
There are huge numbers of suitable replacements, including the 1N4004.
