Default Power source for guitar amplifiers

Hello,

Concerning guitar amplifiers which are used in concerts.....

Are these powered by AC Mains?

...or are all the amplifiers that a band uses drawing their power from some kind of Rectified DC power source....and if so, what DC voltage is it?
