spike problems
Hello, i use this schematic (pwm controller sg3525, opto-drive igbt HCLP3120 with bootstrap, and tc4420 for drive mosfet on synchronous rectification)
I have problems (spike) between drain and source of syncron mosfet rectifier http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/282...ctificatio.jpg Any suggestion is welcome! Excuse my English, best regards! |
