Default spike problems

Hello, i use this schematic (pwm controller sg3525, opto-drive igbt HCLP3120 with bootstrap, and tc4420 for drive mosfet on synchronous rectification)
I have problems (spike) between drain and source of syncron mosfet rectifier

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your schematic, but the power output section looks totally wrong. Can you explain how it is supposed to work? If you can't, it's probably wrong.
