Default May I mark this buck, already with PFC, or not?

This buck converter schematic is attached here, and voltage output will be controlled through triangle generator DC level.
Is there any rules about power factor range (ie. >0.9) for any load that could be marked as already with PFC? or it just not a spike form of current is enough?

May be the question is difficult to answer, I am going to use some words instead, like "good power factor" or "refined power factor".
I am planning to use two mje13009(0.1ohm current sense) in interleaved with 80Voutput, because I don't like to make that capacitor working too hard.
