Since only 100mA max. output available from LT1054,is it possible to expand the output current with connections of external BJT/MOSFET??

Hi,
It should be possible.Download the datasheet or any similar regulator. A suitable bipolar transistor is the usual way, look at the schematic and you will understand. But on the other hand why not use a bigger regulator like 250mA or 500mA? Singa Last edited by singa; 2nd February 2011 at 01:00 AM. |
