Scored preamp power supply, want opinions
Well im going back and forth between building the salas shunt regulator and using what i got now:
astec atv351 http://datasheet.octopart.com/ATV351...eet-119783.pdf it uses a ua723cn as a regulator http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/slvs057d/slvs057d.pdf and a 2n6383 as the external transistor http://doc.chipfind.ru/html/mospec/2n6383.html Specs on the supply say its good for 3mv ripple, reg chip says 2.5uv noise with 80db rejection. It will be used to power: amb gamma 2 dac active pga 2030 volume control dcb1 buffer |
