choke loaded power supply

Hello,
I am trying to determine the correct choke to use for a power supply. I am using the Hammond 372LX, 520VA, 600v C.T.@690ma, 50VAC, 5V C.T.@6A, 6.3V C.T. @12A. I am trying to power 8 6l6G wired as triodes and 8 6Sl7 for an 8 channel single ended power amp. Any opinions on wether to use the Hammond 193Q; 10H, 500ma, 53ohms, 1000vdc, or the Hammond 193S;1h, 1000ma, 5.75ohms, 1000vdc. There is also the 193R; .3h, 1000ma, 3.5ohms, 1000vdc. Forgive my ignorance, but am I anywhere close? The shematic is basically an expanded version of this Stereo Single-Ended EL34 Hi-Fi Amplifier I thought I would use a solid state rectifier or could I get away with twin 5u4's?
