Transform computer supply into 400V supply for tubes

Is there project with complete schematics already done?

It also would be nice if it has pot for voltage adjust 50-400V if I'm not asking too much?

I want to drive guitar (pentodes and triodes) amp 50-100W with this.

Can you link me with such project?

You might be asking too much. You probably will have to rewind the transformer for higher voltage and, if you do, you might find its resonant frequency too low for proper operation for a switching supply. Computer power supplies only produce 5V and 12V.

Think about the volts/microsecond you will need to run such a beast.

If you have an active PFC unit, the PFC section will supply roughly what you need. No isolation but it's cheaper to isolate the signal and isolation doesn't offer much safety at high voltages.
