Default Linear Power Supplies with Torroidal transformers

I want to replace the power supplies on some devices with linear power supplies, but I want them to have toroidal transformers because Ive read they have low magnetic fields. Ive been searching but Ive only come across one for my 12v device, its 90$ 60W Linear Power supply for T-AMP TA2024 TA2020 DAC - eBay (item 120567505454 end time Jun-08-10 00:20:52 PDT)

One device is 12v 4.16A and the other is 19v 4.73A, I wouldnt mind having one variable linear power supply, instead of one for each, the main thing I want is for them to have toroidal transformers.

Does anyone know where I can get linear power supplies with toroidal transformers? Or maybe thers someone that can custom make them for a reasonable price?

Is it easy? I'm still kind of a newb , so I dont think I have the know-how to build one yet, and I probably wouldnt have time with school and everything.

Im in Los Angeles.
