Hi Sekhar
Looks like you have put a lot of effort into the project and I hope it works well as it looks.

If the transformer is a mains transformers, which it looks like, please be sure that you test the isolation between primary and secondary thouroughly BEFORE YOU POWER IT UP! The insulation resistance should be at least 5 Meg Ohms using as standard 500V megger tester. You also need to test for any signs of ionisation or breakdown between primary and secondary at a voltage of at least 2000v rms. Safety must come first before any form of performance.

Such transformer can strongly hoot under loading.
