I am looking to design a 1KW Full Bridge Converter and would like some help!! Is there any schematics available which would be a good starting. What would be the best PWM control IC to use? And a good starting point....

you don't need full bridge for 1kw yet, half bridge will do just fine
there is no best IC for the job, you have what is used most of the times, the 3525 and 494, but then it also comes down to, what you need, any current limit, what type of converter you want,... And I bet you never done this, so you should try small, or you'll never get it to work, but even more, there can be damage and you can spend a lot of money for nothing for what do you need it for? |

The converter would require current limit and overvoltage protection. I would like to be able to try and experiment with different power levels which would exceed the 1KW level. The first stage would be to configure a suitable control IC? Is there a circuit which is worth trying first??
