Hi All
I need some help about the 60APU04 Ultra Fast Soft Recovery Diode. I have the following questions: 1) This diode is rated 400V, 60A (TC = 127 °C). Does it need heatsink if used in a bridge for a class AB amp, about 150W output? 2) The data sheet says: "The softness of the recovery eliminates the need for a snubber in most applications." Should I use or not an RC snubber? 3) Is this diode good for Audio? Thank you for your help.
