Opinions on tnt-audio power supply?

Hey everyone!

I've been trying to learn more about how to build/design audio power supplies and I've read the really well written and informative article at:
Solid State Power Amplifier Supply Part 1

I was wondering what other people's experiences have been with the designs and advice that they give. I'm sure people must have differing opinions and I would love to hear them so I can learn more!

Have you seen the highly informative sites:

Elliott Sound Products - The Audio Pages (Main Index) authored by Rod Elliott

and

The Amplifier Institute.

from Douglas Self...

...both of whom are well respected. The sites have many circuit examples which will give you some standard for comparison with the TNT circuit. There are, in addition to these, numerous other online references offering instruction in the design and construction of power supplies.

TNT aren't off-the-wall (mostly). I don't entirely endorse the publications of any one of the three...

Wow those are really helpful. The second link by Douglas Self doesn't seem to have information about toroidal transformers but there's a lot for me to learn....
