Default bi-polar +18v -18v

I need to power a DRV134 an INA217. They require +/-18v. I am wondering the best way to get it. I have a drawer full of walwarts, I also have a torroidial transformer here that has 30VAC from the secondaries with no center tap. I will also need 48Vdc for phantom power. Any suggestion greatly appreciated.
