PSU 0.1u + 1u capacitors choice

I'm looking for 0,1u 400V and 1u 400V capacitors to be used in HV regulator and on the amp's HV input.
Which make and model are recommended?

Any recommendation between those capacitors I found on eBay, coming from China?:
AEROVOX AFPS 1uF 400VDC +/-10% MKP
CORNELL DUBILIER 935C 1uF 400V
AUDIOPHILER 1uF 400VDC +/-3% MKP

First, I suspect that many capacitors from China on eBay are fake.

Secondly, on regulator input, there is usually some inductance. Using a 0.1u film capacitor can usually cause ringing. You may model it using Spice first, and best use an oscilloscope to check it.

MKP are good as are silver mica for the 0.1uf, but yeah as above you might wish to model it first AVX COG organic polymer are nice if you can find one of high enough voltage rating
