I don't know if you can tell by this pic, but the transformer laminations are right up against the steel of the front panel. Is this improper in any way?
eh some reason I can't edit-I'll have to fix this later. The amp is a PS Audio 200c Thanks Last edited by Pure_Brew; 4th January 2010 at 08:00 PM. |

I don't see any issues with it.
You will want to ensure that the transformer is independently connected to safety earth if it isn't securely bolted down at the bottom clean metal to clean metal.
