Default Build a psu

My psu does not work. The one I have is http://www.lcaudio.com/images/ZapPulse/ppsudia.png

Is this I good design to repair? I mean, I can just order new parts and solder to the pcb. Or should I build something else? I do not need the 0 16 gatedrive stuff.

Best regards

Seems simple enough to repair. What has gone wrong with it?

Those 10000uf 63V caps look like they are 'sailing a bit too close to the wind', with 60V on the supply line!

I'm no EE, but I might be inclined to swap them for something with a higher voltage handling capability. Maybe even parallel two 6800uf or 8200uf items as well.
