My psu does not work. The one I have is http://www.lcaudio.com/images/ZapPulse/ppsudia.png
Is this I good design to repair? I mean, I can just order new parts and solder to the pcb. Or should I build something else? I do not need the 0 16 gatedrive stuff. Best regards |

Seems simple enough to repair. What has gone wrong with it?
Those 10000uf 63V caps look like they are 'sailing a bit too close to the wind', with 60V on the supply line! I'm no EE, but I might be inclined to swap them for something with a higher voltage handling capability. Maybe even parallel two 6800uf or 8200uf items as well. |

I am pretty shure the rectifiers are shot. I have orderd new ones so hopefully on monday I will test them out. I am going to buy new caps later when I have gotten this thing up and running again. I will consider your advice
