Default Scope Selection

I am considering purchasing a 465 or 475 Tek scope to dabble in the SMPS arena, diff being 100 MHz for the 465 and 200 MHz for the 475 not much difference in price.

Any suggestions? I am not stuck on TEK but 90% of my career was spent using them.

I am thinking of purchasing 2 usable ones and 1 just for parts and such....

I have a 475A.
Pike it up in person and do a basic check-out. Do all the controls work and does the screen focus?
Don't even think about having it shipped. They are old ans somewhat fragile.

Let's see:

a) 30MHz frequency or higher. To see if anything is oscillating. This is the big problem with sound-card O-scopes.
b) Dual-trace.
c) 5 milli-Volt sensitivity. Then later you can get some good 10-X probes.
