Ok now understand, 2.2V is the current trought the resistor so:

2.2V / 11R = 0.20A

And for 130mA:

2.2V / 16.5R = 0,13A

BG WK Power Tank 220uF/200V, wow, can be suitables?
If they fit.

Yes, rough guide for projecting values. LEDs, Vgs, vary between parts and voltage levels wanted. If you measure your Vdrop across Rset on your own build you will calculate exactly on first test.

Default +-24V 100mA

For more than +-20V where is necessary to use the 1W rated resistors?

Wich is the voltage to match LEDs?

As I understand no matched 2SK170BL needed for mine setup, right?

The Vref set resistor drops enough voltage for 24V so it dissipates. Yes 1W.
Read again post 1 for all other questions.

Wich will be the value of load resistor for 24V 200mA, to check the Vout?

Is possible to full populate the Hypnotize to use inside the Simplistic Phono RIAA to have in one box Phono pre-amp+Headphone amp or pre-amp/line-amp?

The Hypno has no gain of its own, so it can be in same box with a volume control if the power amp is about 0.5V sensitivity, because the simplistic is not a CD player. Most tube amplifiers can certainly be driven full.
