Smile Driving bipolar transistors

Hi Dears

Please, how can I to drive bipolar transistors in SMPS apliccation like the MJE13007?
Now I use MOSFETs and IGBTs and is only necessary a gate resistor with 1N4148 diode in antiparallel mode.
But, I have very much MJE13007/13009 bipolars and I want use it in my SMPS projects.
Your schematics are always wellcome.

Thank you very much

Sandro
