Default Dual power supply,switching model.

I just recived a small powersupply from:
http://www.futurlec.com/index.shtml
ET-MINI PWR DAUL.pdf
It is working at 52 khz.
Will it be good for a preamp?

Overkill, maybe .I only have to ad a transformer and i get a regulated supply 1A and very low powerloos, for 10 USD and 4 UsD for shipping.
I would like comments about humm and noise. The caps are 1000UF. but its at 52khz. so wouldt it be enough for 0.5A. output. Low ripple like 20mv. or lower?

Cool.

But what else can this circuit do a LM317 or a 7812/7812 do?
(in case you don't need to save power)

This circuit is just a replacement for a diodebrigde with 7805 and 7812 with a few caps between + and ground. Plus a inductor in the output, but I'm not so sure about the details about a inductor.
Who may be cheaper than 14 USD, it depends what you've got...

I prefer a linary powersupply with a lot of heat and
GOOD caps but that's me.

I can't say that 1000 is too much or too little for you, but it can be wrong to have too much. Insert a high quality caps between 2 to 10uf in parallell with the big caps!

Ripple noise is not a big deal, the big deal lies is the question that
your switches powersupply gives your preamp a good natural sound.
Do the 52khz swiching affect the sound?

Good luck!
